Summer '25 Schedule
MON 5:30 pm
Total Body - a signature Michele Beebe class that includes cardio-dance, upper and lower body strength training, and Yoga.
WED 5:30 pm
Summer Yoga - Less dynamic movement and more holding and breathing. Ayurvedic medicine prompts us to adjust for the season which makes this class just what we need during the hot temperatures.
SAT 10 am - Vinyasa Flow Yoga
If the schedule doesn't work for you, call to set up class - any combo of yoga, strength, cardio, walking.
